Paper application and payment must be sent by USPS mail to: FFF Treasurer, 101 Longshot Lane, Rochelle, VA 22738.
The online application is available below. Payment can be remitted via Pay Pal to the Fall Fiber Festival of Virginia, Inc. with the username @fallfiberfestival , or by sending a check to the address listed above.
2026 Rates
- Space inside a festival tent (approximately 10’ x 10’): $195
- Space outside (approximately 10’ x 10’): $140
Returning Vendors from 2025 festival – applications are processed in the order received. Your application and payment must be received by March 31st, 2026, to receive priority over new vendors.
New Vendors – DO NOT submit payment at this time. You will be notified if/when your application has been accepted and your booth fees are due. You must follow the Vendor Selection Guidelines for your application to be considered.
